Basically all audio, which was recorded on set, had technical issues and was therefore unuseable. Thus, everything had to be recreated and rerecorded in post-production – all the dialogue, as well as all noises, foleys and soundscapes.

Inspired by artists like Atrium Carceri and Lustmord, this is my own interpretation of the dark ambient genre. A lot of sound design work went into this project – processed recordings, as well as a lot of synth programming.

A composition for my own project Lost In The Void. This music was inspired by a poem I had written years ago about the approaching winter.

Two weeks before the dead line, producer Holger Bergmann asked me to optimize the final mix of the short movie Die Kunst Des Verlierens (the art of losing). My main job was to balance the recordings of the different microphone types which were used on set. In addition, I also recorded and added new foleys improving the dramatic presentation of the movie.
Die Kunst Des Verlierens was nominated for the German Short Movie Award 2014.
